Responsible Gaming Disclaimer
Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. We are committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing information to help you stay in control. Please play responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose.
18+ only
This site is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to gamble in the United Kingdom. We do not target minors and we use age verification on entry to the site. If you are under 18, you must not use this site or any of the linked operator sites. Gambling by minors is a criminal offence and operators are required to verify the age and identity of their customers. We support strict age verification and responsible marketing practices by all operators we feature.
What is problem gambling?
Problem gambling is when gambling ceases to be a form of entertainment and starts to cause harm to you, your family, or your finances. Signs may include: spending more money or time on gambling than you can afford; chasing losses; lying about gambling; borrowing money to gamble; neglecting work, studies, or relationships; or feeling anxious or irritable when not gambling. Gambling should never be used as a way to solve financial difficulties or to escape from stress. If you recognise any of these signs in yourself or someone close to you, it is important to seek help early.
Set limits
Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Before you play, set clear limits on how much money and time you will spend, and stick to them. Licensed UK operators are required to offer tools to help you set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits. You can also set reality checks (reminders of how long you have been playing) and take advantage of self-exclusion schemes. Self-exclusion allows you to exclude yourself from gambling for a set period (e.g. six months or longer) across multiple operators. We strongly encourage you to use these tools and to treat gambling as a leisure activity with a fixed budget, not as a source of income.
Where to get help
If you feel gambling is affecting your life or someone else’s, free and confidential help is available. BeGambleAware.org provides information, support, and signposting to treatment services. You can visit their website or call the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 (freephone, 24 hours). GamCare offers free support, advice, and counselling to anyone affected by problem gambling; their website and helpline are available around the clock. Other resources include Gamblers Anonymous, which runs support groups, and the National Problem Gambling Clinic for more intensive treatment. If you are in crisis, please also contact your GP or a mental health helpline. Seeking help is a sign of strength and the first step towards regaining control.
Our role and commitment
Top Club World is an information and comparison site. We provide links to licensed operators so that you can compare offers and find information about bonuses and promotions. We are not a gambling operator and we do not accept bets or wagers. We do not provide gambling services. We encourage responsible play and we do not promote gambling as a solution to financial problems or as a way to make money. We support the objectives of the UK Gambling Commission and we only link to operators that hold appropriate licences and are required to comply with responsible gambling and consumer protection rules. We do not target vulnerable people and we do not use misleading or aggressive marketing. Our content is intended to inform, not to encourage excessive or harmful gambling. We believe that gambling should be a matter of personal choice for adults who are fully informed and in control.
Underage gambling
If you are a parent or guardian and are concerned that a minor may have accessed gambling sites, we urge you to use parental controls, device-level blocking software, and open conversations about the risks of underage gambling. Operators are required to have robust age verification, but parents and carers play a vital role in protecting young people. Report any site you believe is failing to prevent underage access to the UK Gambling Commission.
